Teachers Over Low Content Knowledge IMF Report Fails SA

Cape Town – Some educators can't pass on learning that they themselves don't have, yet in South Africa, this is the situation for some, an International Monetary Fund working paper has found.

The paper, titled Struggling to Make the Grade: A Review of the Causes and Consequences of the Weak Outcomes of SA's Education System, was composed by IMF senior inhabitant delegate in South Africa Montfort Mlachila and Wits Ph.D. understudy Tlhalefang Moeletsi.
